Telehealth Services
Naiman Health currently provides telehealth care to eligible adults who are physically located in Arizona at the time of the clinical encounter. Telehealth is not appropriate for every medical condition. A clinician may recommend in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist referral when clinically appropriate.
Medical Emergencies
Naiman Health is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
Prescriptions and Treatment
Prescription medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate following evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Scheduling or completing a consultation does not guarantee that a medication, laboratory test, treatment, referral, or other medical service will be ordered or prescribed. Treatment recommendations are individualized and may differ from recommendations made to other patients with similar symptoms or conditions.
Compounded Medications
When clinically appropriate, Naiman Health may prescribe compounded medications through appropriately licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications may differ from FDA-approved commercially manufactured products and should not be considered equivalent to a branded or FDA-approved medication unless specifically established by applicable law and evidence.

Self-Pay Services
Medical care involves individual variability. Naiman Health does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, weight loss, symptom improvement, laboratory changes, or response to treatment.
Naiman Health is a self-pay practice and does not bill health insurance for visits or memberships. Fees for medications, laboratory testing, imaging, pharmacy services, specialist services, or other third-party services may be separate unless specifically stated as included.
