This includes sharing information to coordinate care, process billing (Naiman Health is a self-pay practice), and perform administrative activities safely through business associates. Telehealth & Electronic Communication
Naiman Health provides services through telehealth and may communicate via secure portals, email, or text. Electronic communication carries inherent risks; we take reasonable steps to use secure systems. Patients should avoid sending sensitive info through general contact forms unless instructed.

We reserve the right to update this Notice. Revised notices apply to all information maintained. The current version is always available on our website.
