Sick Visit / Follow-Up for NonMembers

Service Description

For established Naiman Health patients who are not currently enrolled in a membership and need care for an acute health concern or additional follow-up. Appropriate for common non-emergency illnesses, medication-related follow-up, review of an existing treatment plan, new concerns, or re-evaluation after previous care. This visit is not intended for new-patient comprehensive evaluations or initiation of new hormone or weight-management programs. New patients should begin with a New Patient Consultation.
