Follow-Up for Members

Service Description

For patients with an active Naiman Health membership who need ongoing follow-up related to their established care plan. Visits may include progress review, medication management, laboratory review, treatment adjustments, preventive care follow-up, and discussion of ongoing health goals. This visit is included with your active membership and has no additional visit fee at booking. New or complex concerns that fall outside the scope of the current care plan may require additional evaluation, testing, referral, or another level of care.
